The cheapest way to add a searing zone to a Phoenix. This anodized aluminum grid sits on top of your existing cooking grid — no tools, no modification — and aluminum's much higher thermal conductivity means it holds and transfers far more heat than stainless, so steaks brown properly instead of steaming in their own juices.

It's reversible. The ribbed side gives you defined sear lines and works well under larger cuts; flip it over for a smooth surface that handles fish, shrimp, scallops and vegetables without anything dropping through.
