Price Match Guarantee

Find a lower price within 30 days of buying from us, and we'll refund the difference. On products priced over $2,000, we'll beat the lower price by $50.

How it works

  1. Buy from us, then email support@spadeoutdoorgrill.com within 30 days of your purchase.

  2. Include your order number and a link or screenshot showing the lower price.

  3. We'll verify the offer and refund the difference to your original payment method.

Terms

  • The seller must be an authorized, online-only dealer of the product, with the item in stock.

  • The product must be the same brand, model, fuel type, and configuration, in new condition.

  • We compare the total price: item plus shipping, excluding sales tax.

  • Not eligible: marketplace, auction, and discount sites, such as Amazon, Wayfair, eBay, and Overstock.

  • Not eligible: rebates, buy-one-get-one or free-gift offers, clearance or open-box items, and once-a-year sales like Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

  • Not eligible: prices quoted privately by phone, email, or chat.

  • One price match per order.

  • We may decline requests that don't meet these terms, and we may update this policy at any time.



Promotions & Discount Codes

Discount codes apply to most, but not all, products, because some manufacturers set pricing rules that don't allow discounts.

  • Codes don't apply to Any Brand unless the promotion says otherwise.

  • One code per order. Codes can't be combined or applied to past orders.

  • The 10%-off newsletter code is for first-time customers, one per customer.

  • A discount code and a price match can't be used on the same item.

  • We may end or change a promotion at any time, and may cancel orders that misuse a code.
