A proper fish spatula, which is a different tool from a burger flipper. The blade is 10" wide — wide enough to get under an entire fillet at once, so it lifts in one piece instead of folding in half — and it's thin and slightly flexible so it slides between the fish and the grid rather than tearing through.

18-1/2" long overall, which keeps your hand well back from the heat, with a genuine rosewood handle that stays comfortable and doesn't conduct heat the way solid metal does.
