The drip pan is the part of a Phoenix that does the most work and gets the least attention. Grease and carbon build up on it over a season, and a clean pan is what keeps heat diffusing evenly and flare-ups from starting.

This scraper is shaped to match the contour of the pan, so it reaches into the corners a flat putty knife skips. Stainless steel, so it won't rust sitting in a grill cabinet. Works on Phoenix and Holland drip trays.
