Order Cancellations
You can cancel any order free of charge, before it ships. Although once an order has shipped, orders are ineligible for cancellation. Products that are ineligible for cancellation
“Custom” or “Made to purchase” orders are ineligible for cancellation, returns, or refunds. These include BBQ islands or any product marked as “final sale” or “made to order” Items with original packaging removed or tampered with & Used items.

Refunds & Cost
Most unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, minus a 25% restocking fee and shipping costs. Grills and outdoor-kitchen products ship by freight, which is expensive in both directions, so please read these terms before you order.
