A solid aluminum griddle plate that turns half your grill into a flat-top. This is what makes breakfast outside practical — eggs, pancakes, French toast, bacon, hash browns, none of which survive an open grate. It's equally good for smash burgers, cheesesteaks and anything that wants full contact with hot metal.

Heavy aluminum heats fast and spreads heat evenly with no hot spots, and at 16" x 12" it covers a useful portion of the 400 sq. in. cooking area while leaving the rest of the grid open for direct grilling.
